Suckling pig, anyone?

On our trip to Segovia, we stopped by the restaurant El Bernardino to try the traditional dish of the city – suckling pig. The pig (head and all!) was presented on a platter and was tender enough that the waiter was able to chop it up using the edge of a plate! It was an amazing restaurant experience and most everyone from the group thought the pig was delicious. (Yes, that is the crispy tail on the plate, with a foot to the left)
